This Website is provided as a public service by the Pueblo of Jemez. Members of the public will have access to and may search the Website regarding the presence or location of offenders who have been convicted of sexually violent offense(s) against adults and children and certain sexual crimes. The public can use this Website to educate themselves about the possible presence of such offenders in their local communities.

The information provided on this site is intended for community safety purposes only and should not be used to threaten, intimidate, harass, unlawfully injure or commit a crime against any individual named in the registry or residing or working at any reported addresses. Misuse of this information may result in civil or criminal prosecution pursuant to Section 12-8-1 and Section 12-8-2 of the Pueblo of Jemez Sex Offender Registration Code (“SORC”).
All public agencies and employees and officials of the Pueblo of Jemez, and all individuals or entities acting at the request or upon the direction of any law enforcement agency, are immune from civil liability for damages for good faith compliance with the requirements of the Pueblo of Jemez SORC or for the release of information under SORC, and shall be presumed to have acted in good faith in compiling, recording, reporting, or releasing the information. The presumption of good faith is not overcome if a technical or clerical error is made, including but not limited to errors made because information is incomplete or incorrect because a sex offender fails to report or falsely reports his or her current place of permanent or temporary residence.
